1. The Prize
There is one prize available to be won consisting of a 7-night All-Inclusive resort vacation to Cuba for two (2) people travelling before April 3rd, 2021. Room restrictions and travel blackout periods will apply. The cruise prize includes airfare, hotel transfers and double occupancy standard room accommodation. The vacation must be booked directly with Expedia CruiseShipCenters Barrie located at 181 Livingstone St. E., Unit 11, Barrie, ON. The tour operator selected will be at the discretion and advice of Expedia CruiseShipCenters Barrie. Maximum value of the prize is $2,000 CAD.
Gratuities, airport transfers, seat selection fees, baggage fees, passport renewal fees, class upgrades, additional fuel supplements, pre/post vacation hotel accommodations, resort excursions, airport and departure taxes, insurance, non-included beverages, specialty restaurant fees, resort charges, casino gaming, spa treatments, internet fees and any other purchases of a personal nature are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travelling companion. The winner and traveling companion will also be responsible for obtaining all necessary passports and travel documentation.
Prize fulfillment is subject to availability and to any restrictions of the selected tour operator.The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered, as there will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent, and cannot be used as partial payment toward a different vacation package. Travel must be completed by April 3rd, 2021.
By claiming the prize, the selected entrant waives the right to claim any cost of winning the prize including, without limitation, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem the prize and bears in full any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem the prize. In the event a selected entrant cannot travel on the designated dates, that entrant loses their prize and any rights therein. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected winning entrant.

Contest period will run from March 1st – 31st 2020.
3. Selection of Winner – Eligibility
A random draw will be held on April 1st 2020 between the 6 channels of entry. The names from that channel will then be entered into the final draw for the trip to Cuba. A final random draw will be held on April 3rd, 2020 from all eligible entries received via that channel and the selected entrant will be notified electronically via social media and/or e-mail within 72 hours of the draw. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant and travel companion will be required to sign a Release Form, confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as offered, and releasing the participating sponsors and their respective employees and agents from any responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, damages, misfortune or expense resulting from the use or enjoyment of the prize.
If the selected entrant is unwilling or unable to comply with the contest rules within two weeks of the draw, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entry will be randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries received.
In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical, time-limited, skill-testing question posed at a mutually agreeable pre-arranged time.
Contest is open to residents of Ontario (excluded in areas where prohibited by law) who are 19 years or older.
Employees of The Sun Emporium and the independent consultants of Expedia CruiseShipCenters Barrie are not eligible to win.
4. Waiver of Liability
Winner agrees, except where prohibited, that The Sun Emporium and Expedia CruiseShipCenters Barrie may use the winner’s names, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.
By entering, entrant agrees that The Sun Emporium and Expedia CruiseShipCenters Barrie, as well as the Companies’ affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless for and against any damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize (and any travel related hereto) or participation in this contest.
The Companies makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of prize or any travel awarded.
